Vacuum LevelVacuum can be maintained up to 1 torr (760 mmHg), and vacuum level is maintained even during a long-hour use.
PID ControllerThe temperature controller with auto-tuning and the timer function allows precise temperature control even in high vacuum, and an operation time may be reserved.
StructureBeautiful exterior can be created with CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing). The stainless steel 3T plate is used in the interior to prevent deformation even in high vacuum. Tempered glass is installed on the door to maintain vacuum and facilitate interior inspection.
PackingSilicon packing is used to maintain perfect vacuum, and durability is high even for a long-hour use.
Screw Vacuum ValveWith 2 screw valves attached, vacuum and N2 (nitrogen) purge can be implemented simultaneously with a fine control.
